(Mature Size: 14"T x 36"W)
'Prairie Sky' hosta forms a dense mound of powdery blue, lightly cupped leaves of thick substance and it keeps its showy color all season long.
Holds the blue color well into the summer months even in the heat of the south.
Leaves become corrugated with maturity.
This is one of the bluest hostas in the hybridizers garden which is saying something.
Pale lavender flowers in summer.

I cannot say enough about this variety. Not only does it grow well outside and in containers, but it continuously puts out new blue leaves in dim light indoors! It's in a suitably sized pot for the adult plant and I'm absolutely thrilled with its beauty, growth rate and frosty blue color.
