(G. Johnson) 16"T x 40"W. This hosta is absolutely beautiful and still fairly rare in trade. Hosta 'Blue-Haired Lady' emerges soft blue in the spring and seasons to a dark green by mid-summer. The shiny blue leaves put on a good show in spring. The thick leaves are very wavy and arch downwards like a puppies ears. If this isn't good enough, the fact that this variety multiplies very rapidly, makes it a winner. Near white flowers in July. Give this hosta a place where it can be appreciated!
