Sagae Hosta was the American Hosta Growers selection as Hosta of the Year for 2000. Spectacular large blue leaves with variations of creamy white on the margins make this hosta stand out in any garden setting.
Being large and upright in habit makes this hosta work well with smaller varieties of hosta surrounding it.
Thirty inches tall and vase shaped, it sports pale lavender flowers in mid-summer.
